As a Backend Team Leader - Java, you will be:

• Lead a team of backend developers in Java
• Be in charge of the team’s personal growth and development
• Build robust production applications at the core of the company’s solutions
• Work closely with product management to build the product vision
• Manage the product’s architecture, design and lifecycle
• Set clear goals based on technical and business requirements
• Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the team's various services and features

If you have:

• 4+ years of experience in SW development (at least 2 years of Java)
• 2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader/tech-lead
• Experience with design and architecture of complex features
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM and database design principles
• Hands-on experience working with microservices and dockers
• Ability to adapt to an extremely dynamic environment

• Experience with frontend development
• Experience with K8S
