Nova’s newest technology flagship project is looking for an Algorithm-Software (Algo-SW) expert that will turn a current prototype into a shippable first of a kind software product.

The role involves tackling complex algorithmic and software challenges, collaborating with the teams abroad, all this in time-constrained conditions and delivering results under tight deadlines.

What you will be doing

• Develop and implement algorithms for a novel technology.
• Design and lead the software solution, from data structure, through logic mechanisms and up to user interface.
• Solve complex optimization problems in a time-constrained environment.
• Review current algorithms, help improve them and implement them.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, software engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on software design and development in Object Oriented programming language.
• Development experience in Python.
• Acquaintance with Matlab – an advantage.
• Experience in HPC - an advantage.
• Ability to work non-conventional hours (late night) occasionally and travel abroad (once in a quarter or less)
• Fluent in English.
