We’re looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Tech Lead to join our team and help drive innovation, automation, and system reliability across our operations. This is your opportunity to play a key role in scaling our infrastructure while working with cutting-edge technologies.

🔑 What does success look like in this role?

As a DevOps Tech Lead, you’ll lead our DevOps initiatives, enhance our delivery pipeline, and ensure the performance and reliability of our systems. You’ll collaborate with product, development, QA, and operations teams to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and maintain production stability.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Design: Design hybrid-cloud deployments that are robust, scalable, and secure.
• System Reliability: Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant systems across the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) spectrum, from version control to monitoring.
• Environment Maintenance: Manage and maintain application layers in both public and private cloud environments.
• Tool Development: Develop and integrate tools to support and optimize our production systems.
• Automation: Streamline provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, QA, developers, and IT/operations teams to align DevOps workflows with business goals.
• Production Ownership: Take ownership of production stability and performance, including on-call responsibilities as needed.

🛠️ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
• A BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience managing production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP (5+ years).
• Expertise in MicroServices architecture and container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Solid background in Linux administration for large-scale environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

✨ Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with software development and frameworks.
• Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of storage and networking concepts.
