Responsibilities

• Understand and support the design, implementation and troubleshooting of PLC programs using Beckhoff Automation software (TwinCAT3)
• Read and understand different schematics including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic
• Regularly interact remotely with customers and operators to diagnose software issues and provide real-time solutions
• Participate in on-site installations, commissioning, and customer training
• Ability to analyze patterns and utilization to create company wide solutions in collaboration with other departments

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of active experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Knowledge beyond ladder logic and including Structure Text (ST), Function Blocks (FB)
• Familiarity with Beckhoff HMI development and industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, Modbus TCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15% - 20% of work time.
