Responsibilities:

• Acts as a key consultant during the development of features with significant UI exposure.
• Introduces and integrates relevant innovations into the organization that should be considered.
• Responsible for managing the front-end domain within the R&D department.
• Responsibility for infrastructural tasks in the UI including hands-on implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Tech-Lead with full responsibility for the domain in the company
• Highly skilled and well experienced with latest versions of React
• A passion for user experience
• Passion, drive, and ability to write code hands-on
• Experience running, testing, and contributing to a complex front-end web application
• JavaScript experience beyond any framework (“Vanilla” JS)
• An understanding of how browsers work beyond JavaScript (e.g., HTTP, DOM, Browser APIs)
• An ability to knowledgeably discuss performance, security, and user interactions in complex systems.
• Prior experience with other front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Svelte, Angular etc.)
• Great people skills
• Ability to attend the office at least 3 times a week
• Vast experience writing Typescript
• Direct experience with MobX or an alternative state management solution (Zustand, Valtio etc.)

Nice to have:

• Backend experience in GO
• Proven experience with designing and maintaining a UI components library
