Ceva is developing the next cellular communication systems, and is targeting a full 5G modem. This work involves programming Ceva various cores, and Hardware accelerators, using a very sophisticated Software that orchestrates it all.

the Mobile Broad Band Department (MBBU) in Ceva is looking for a motivated and skilled validation engineer to join our exciting work on this huge effort.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on our product quality. As a team member in our SW team, you will be responsible for the development and operating an automation testing systems, analyze and debug the testing results and report results and issues.

You will explore failures and will dive into the code and the HW to understand why the failure occur. You will be responsible to manage a project full test plan that will drive the system to zero bugs on the customer side

Responsibilities:

• Verify functionality and code performance of our solution. Track problematic code parts and work on improving them.
• Design, implement, maintain, and run automation blocks on various SW parts.
• Analyze and debug test results and report and explore results and issues.
• Manage the project test plan till final delivery and during all milestones.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good C code writing capabilities and good debugging skills. 1-2 years of experience in C code programming is required.
• Independent, responsible and motivated to learn and develop personally .
• Experience on cellular (3G/4G/5G) or networking testing - advantage.
• Experience in Python scripting - advantage.
