Exon is seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join one of our R&D squads.

You'll be responsible for:

• Take ownership of building, maintaining, and improving both the frontend and backend systems of the platform.
• Champion best practices in software development, ensuring code quality and security
• Continuously enhance processes, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge development environment
• Collaborate with a small, distributed team responsible for the development of the Next Generation Web platform, including the creation of innovative products and features
• Contribute to the growth of the team by actively participating in technical and organizational improvements related to processes and infrastructure

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in TypeScript/Node.js, React, and any backend technology- MUST
• Deep understanding of web client and server-side technologies, complemented by exceptional analytical skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with client side frameworks.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Prior experience in designing and developing impactful, large-scale web applications that have positively influenced millions of users.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Advantage)
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS (Advantage)
