Upstream is looking for a talented hands-on and experienced DevOps Engineer to join Upstream’s operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of production environments, monitoring them in real-time, and proactively identifying service interruptions.

You will develop and maintain infrastructure tools to improve operational efficiency and ensure the scalability and performance of our systems.

This role is full-time and is Herzliya, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and operate a high scale Kubernetes & Cloud solutions
• Implement and operate cloud infrastructure in AWS / Azure / GCP
• Monitor customer infrastructure and environments
• Rollout processes for new services & applications in our infrastructure
• Enforce and maintain Cloud and Product Security
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the customer environment
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SRE / DevOps Engineer experience
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Gitops, Docker in Production systems is a must
• Experience working with Linux systems - high level of scripting in Bash / Python
• Experience with implementations in a SaaS/PaaS architectures
• Experience with Terraform/Terragrunt
• 3+ years of experience in AWS / Azure / GCP
• Understanding of microservices concepts
• Experience with OpenShift operators
• Experience working with helm
• Experience with monitoring systems (Preferably Datadog)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
• Experience working with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Motivated, service-oriented, fast learner, and independent
