Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Full-Stack Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of experienced developers. In this role, you will drive the technical vision, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. You will play a critical role in shaping our product’s foundation by designing and developing core microservices, all while actively coding and providing leadership to your team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of senior full-stack developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.
- Guide teams through code reviews, pair programming, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project efficiency.
- Design and build the core microservices that serve as the foundation of our product and internal platforms.
- Contribute to product vision and drive its successful execution.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience leading a full-stack development team.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular, including software design.
- 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
