What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 2-5 full-stack engineers to develop product features.
• Be part of a fast-growing engineering team that builds a cutting-edge platform that makes a real impact in the world.
• Will have a major role in designing and building our system and the way we work.
• Work closely with other functions in the company like product, customer success, and more.
• Build a 100% cloud-native containerized distributed system for 99.999% availability.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in one of the programming languages Python, Go, or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Passionate about building API first system with the latest technologies.
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with distributed system concepts and challenges.
• Experience with proper CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Knowledge of the container world and distributed data centers.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Experience working with LLM or a system based on ML - an advantage.
