About the job:

The Data Science Group at Radware CTO Office is at the forefront of developing innovative Machine Learning and AI capabilities for Radware cybersecurity products. Our mission is to research, design, and develop AI modules that enhance the detection and mitigation of cyber-attacks.

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to temporarily join our team as a maternity leave replacement (9-10 months). This role offers the potential for a permanent position depending on performance and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize a Generative AI-based module to automate tasks performed by Security Analysts.
  • Engage in the full ML/AI development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deploying production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate developed AI capabilities into our cybersecurity products.

What you need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Proven experience in Generative AI and familiarity with related environments.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain, particularly in web or cloud security, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
