The responsibility is end-to-end and includes Fraud research, detection, metrics and dashboards, and building Fraud prevention tools.

By doing this, we will enhance our customers’ trust and continue to increase Intuit’s brand perception as one of the world’s leaders in protecting our customers’ data and financials' safety.

The group is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of these systems.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Ability to articulate product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with hands-on software development experience
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in CS/MIS, or equivalent work-related experience

Bonus Points

  • Experience leading systems developed in Java and Spring framework
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Drools, and REST API
  • Knowledge in Fraud domain
  • Experience with big data
  • Good sense of humor
