NeuReality is seeking a talented and experienced DSP Team Leader to lead the development of advanced algorithms and optimize 3rd-party libraries for computer vision, video, audio processing, and deep learning domains, accelerating high-performance AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of DSP algorithms for AI inference and high-performance workloads.
- Port and enhance third-party libraries for advanced digital signal processing in real-time environments.
- Manage and guide a cross-functional team of 6-8 engineers, including on-site staff and offshore contractors.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in an environment involving DSP co-processors, GPGPUs (ARM/x86), and real-time DSP library development.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on low-level DSP development.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming for real-time systems.
- Expertise in profiling and optimizing low-level code.
- Strong understanding of system-level design and architecture.
- Proven leadership experience as a team or technical lead.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer vision, image, or audio processing.
- Experience with vectorized programming on ARM (Neon) or x86 (AVX).
- Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs).
