As a Salesforce Automation Developer, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise in Apex, Salesforce API, and Visualforce to develop and optimize custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve creating seamless integrations, automating complex workflows, and developing advanced applications to enhance business processes and support our global operations. You will also provide mentorship to junior developers and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Additionally, you will be encouraged to expand your skills in other automation tools such as RPA (UI-Path), Microsoft Power Automate, and Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Automate workflows and optimize processes with Salesforce flows and Apex.
• Ensure data integrity across systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components and custom flows.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce development: designing solutions, developing, testing, and implementing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce API integration and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, and experience mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Python and experience with RPA tools like UI-Path and Microsoft Power Automate.
