Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, SQS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, EKS), and MongoDB. Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance in relevant technologies.
• Ensure code quality and best practices.
• Drive innovation and adopt new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply cybersecurity principles.
• Ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Agile development process, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS, and MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Bitbucket, Pipelines).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development using node.js.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in front-end development using React.
