We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our growing R&D department. As a team lead, you will lead and mentor developers to achieve the team's goals while working hands-on.

What you'll be doing:

• you’ll be leading the core accessibility product. Providing an infrastructure for all accessiblity related product application within the company.
• Manage the delivery and development projects from design through to release
• Growing and mentoring your team members to excellence
• Challenges: ML, optimizations (bundle size, vanilla code, loading times), scalability, browser internals, compatibility with different browsers
• Squad structure: Full-stack developer and Data Scientists

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in web development —> expert in web development (HTML, CSS JAVASCRIPT) - A Must!
• Experience in working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools & ideas (GitOps, terraform/Cloudformation) - A Must!
• Familiar with ML - data processing, evaluation process, classification models, NN, NLP (LLMs) (advantage)
• Familiar with scraping tools - Playwright / Puppeteer (advantage)
• Deep understanding in browser internals (DOM) (advantage)
