About The Role:

As a DevOps Automation Engineer at Pentera, you will play a key role in building and maintaining automated attack environments and driving DevOps automation solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Python, Terraform, Docker, and networking tools to ensure seamless infrastructure and environment management. You will have the chance to influence and create innovative systems that support our mission in cybersecurity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain complex environments and networks that support our cyber research environments
• Develop infrastructure automation tools using Python and Terraform
• Work closely with the network team to handle complex networking tasks, focusing on CCNA/CCNP-level protocols and processes
• Manage Docker-based environments and ensure high availability of our systems
• Collaborate with teams to streamline CI/CD processes and integrate with our DevOps pipeline

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Extensive experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management
• Proven experience with Docker for container management and orchestration
• Strong knowledge of networking, with certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience
• A passion for solving complex problems and optimizing processes

Advantages:

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in building and managing CTF environments or similar attack simulations
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
