We’re looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Tech Lead to join our group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the DevOps initiatives, driving automation, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to implement best practices and enhance our delivery pipeline.
What you’ll be spending your time on?
- Infrastructure Design: design hybrid-cloud deployments that are robust and scalable.
- System Reliability: Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant systems across the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) spectrum, from version control to monitoring.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain the application layer of our public and private cloud environments.
- Tool Development: Develop and integrate infrastructure tools to support our production systems.
- Automation: Streamlining Provisioning and Configuration Processes
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, QA, developers, and IT/operations to streamline workflows.
- Production Ownership: Take ownership of production stability and performance( include non standart hours , as needed)

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Experience: 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer, SRE Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
- Education: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Cloud Exposure: 5+ years managing production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- MicroServices: Proficient in MicroServices architecture and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Configuration Management: Experience with tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform).
- GitOps: Experience with tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD and source control management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
- Scripting Skills: Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Linux Administration: Background in large-scale Linux environments.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Monitoring Solutions: Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Not a must but a great advantage
- Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of software development and development frameworks.
- Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of storage and networking concepts.
