Cadence is seeking an excellent Software Engineer to be a part of the VIP team.

The VIP (Verification IP) group focuses on developing software that emulates and validates the standard communication protocols in the industry, including the newest, most complex and most commonly used protocols.

The VIP group members considered experts in their domain and highly involved in all the product development cycle.

The work in the VIP group requires excellent software development skills, self-learning abilities and accountability. It combines interesting and intensive work with customers, working with multiple software development languages and technologies.

An engineer in the VIP group typically has an extensive knowledge of the relevant communication protocols specification, expert level understanding of the VIP model code and relevant tools and also has very close relationship with the product’s customers.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar with grades average of 90+. Please attach an updated grades sheet.
• Knowledge in OOP and C/C++ Software Development
• 1-2 years of Software Development experience (as Student or Graduate)
• Excellent level of English

Advantage:

• Experience in C/C++ development
• Knowledge/Experience with System Verilog and/or UVM
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as USB/AMBA/Ethernet
