What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate DevOps Team Lead to lead our CD efforts.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing a team while keeping the work plans on track together with great service orientation and ability to address stressful day to day.

We need a person with a solid DevOps vision and approach to enable, promote and implement it across R&D organization.

Ability to keep team in focus, strong planning and organizing abilities, stay stick to priorities, keep all tasks documented.

How will you make an impact?​

In this role you will be responsible for:​

• Production and delivery to multiple AWS S8S environments
• Lead, teach, grow a team of experienced DevOps engineers
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the DevOps team.
• Provide technical leadership to the DevOps team, including mentoring and coaching.
• Work closely with the engineering teams to define infrastructure needs and provide them with DevOps support and training.
• Research and integrate new technologies into our stack
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Manage, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot a distributed highly scalable, highly available, customer-facing software stack
• Mentor and coach others in the cloud and DevOps tools and practices

What is needed to succeed?

• Proven experience managing a team of at least three people for a minimum of two years
• Strong project management capabilities
• AWS
• K8S
• GitOps ArgoCD
• Experience with leading, mentoring, and developing a team
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of AWS Cloud services
• Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting practices using observability tools - advantage to ElasticSearch and Prometheus + Grafana.
• Competent experience with build automation tools such as IaC, Jenkins, CircleCI, jFrog, Terraform and similar
• Vast experience with K8s deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Administration level of knowledge of Linux server administration
• Experience in CI/CD methodologies.
