Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our technological ecosystem, including website, web platform, mobile app, and CRM integration. The role requires someone with deep technical expertise in both backend and frontend development who can integrate existing infrastructure, make necessary adjustments, and scale it for future growth. The position involves collaborating with a remote team of freelancers, working under tight deadlines, and potentially leading team efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize our website, app, and platform
• Work across backend, frontend, and mobile app (C#, Typescript, Flutter)
• Lead integration of CRM and payment systems (e.g., Stripe)
• Collaborate with remote teams and manage deadlines
• Adapt and build upon existing systems, not from scratch
• Leadership: Manage junior developers and freelancers as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack dev experience (C#, Typescript, Flutter, Dart, ASP.NET)
• Expertise in payment systems and CRM integration
• Proven SQL database experience
• Strong communication and team leadership
• Passion for sports and tech innovation
