About the Role:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers responsible for our endpoint security applications. Design and implement end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability. Manage tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements. Collaborate closely with the product and research team. You will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing detection algorithm roadmaps. Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges. Continuously evaluate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.
• Extensive experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and lead multiple projects and initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience making critical technical decisions balancing business requirements, feasibility, and scalability.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and defense mechanisms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with low-level Windows drivers and low-level development.
• Experience with security solutions such as endpoint protection or threat detection.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering, exploit development, or malware analysis.
• Experience with Linux internals.
