What will you be doing?

• Take a pivotal role in leading the technical direction of our biggest squad working on the company’s core product, shaping the development process and ensuring high-quality results
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary squad, using scrum methodology
• Find elegant solutions to hard usability problems and turn cutting edge product specs into features
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers on the team

What skills and experience do you need?

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, at least 2 years in backend
• 2+ years of experience with React JS
• Industry experience building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications
• Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring other engineers, contributing to their growth and development.
• Product minded: committed to building the best user experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner, team player & fun to work with

• Experience with components libraries
