We are looking for an *R&D Team Lead* to join our team!

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science disciplines or a graduate of a technological military service.
• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience with C# and the .NET environment.
• Proven experience managing a medium-sized development team (3-5 developers).
• Familiarity with and definition of various software architectures.
• Experience with ALM and working in an AGILE environment using commercial tools (e.g., TFS).
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience working in a Multithreading/Multiprocessing environment.

Advantages:

• Experience in designing and/or developing systems with Micro-Services architecture - significant advantage.
• Experience working with databases.
• Experience working with data communication.
• Experience with GIS and/or video systems.
• Experience with WEB Full Stack technologies and working in a Cloud environment.
