As part of your job , you will:

• Lead one of the Wave BLs R&D Teams
• Lead hands-on aspects of the development cycles
• Develop React at least 50% of the time
• Coach and mentor the scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and values
• Help solve technical problems . issues or blockers with the R&D technical leaders/architectures
• Communicate with Solution Management and Product Management. Participate in cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent social skills
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on front end development using React.
• 2+ experience of leadership or team lead role, managing scrum development team (scrum master).
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front end technologies.
• Proficiency with modern front end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front end applications with back end services.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach.
• Familiar with Java - Advantage
