We are looking for a passionate Software Manager to join us on this exciting path and be part of our R&D group in Herzliya, Israel. The role presents huge opportunities for growth in all areas of Software Development.

How you will contribute:

•  Lead and manage growing team of developers and possibly devops
• Own the full development lifecycle from requirement to design, implementation and testing in Agile methodology
• Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (Product, Designers, Sales, Marketing, and QA)
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
• Development of a FinTech start-up, financed by industry-relevant investors and partners

Position Requirements:

 Education:

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in software design and development
• At least 2 years in a management role
• At least 2 years in Python backend development
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Experience with databases, preferably MySQL, ClickHouse, and/or Snowflake
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes

Skills: 

• Strong team player mentality
• Fluent in written and spoken English
