Role Description

As Senior backend/full stack developer for Geneyx analytics, you will

• Handle the full lifecycle of the Lab Management application
• Development of all layers of a web application (DB to UI)
•  Develop cloud-based and on-premise solutions
•  Development of complex data processing pipelines.
• Handle the challenge of maintaining and controlling large-scale of data in databases and files

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• BA/BSc in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience as a web developer developing mid/large size web applications
• Proven Experience in SQL Server modeling and optimization (MS SQL) – stored procedures / views / partitioning
• Proven server-side development experience in ASP.NET MVC / Entity Framework / ASP.NET CORE
• Experience with other database solutions like databricks and other cloud-based databases – an advantage
• Experience in projects involving large amount of data
• Experience with MS Azure/ AWS
• Experience with AI pipelines – an advantage
• Experience with python development – an advantage
• BSC in biology or bioinformatics or equivalent experience – an advantage
• Experience with Elastic Search – an advantage
