We are looking for a talented Gen AI scrum master to join Amdocs amAIz - a pioneering telco generative AI framework.

Amdocs amAIz combines carrier-grade architecture leveraging open-source technology with large language AI models, creating a foundation for global communications service providers, enabling them to benefit from the immense potential of generative AI

What will your job look like?

• You will provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and mentoring throughout end-to-end software development, maintenance, and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the required level of quality;
• Provide recommendations to the software engineering manager for estimates, resource needs, breakthroughs and risks;
• Ensure effective delegation, supervising tasks, identifying risks and handling mitigation and critical issues.
• Hands-on technical and functional mentorship to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of software components according to functional and technical design specifications;
• Follow software development methodologies and release processes.
  
  

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
• 5 years of proven experience in a software engineering role.
• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• You are proficient in Python and experienced with Python scripts and libraries.
• You are experienced with GenAI products and LLMs capabilities (e.g OpenAI , LangChain)
• You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure , AWS or GCP.
• You have Experience with CI/CD pipelines (specifically with GitLab CI/CD).
• Thorough understanding of software development and/or support methodologies, principles and procedures and related software management tools.
