At Assured Allies we are reinventing successful aging by working with many of the largest insurance carriers and their policyholders to introduce game changing wellness and financial products.

In this role you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that drive our product forward based on dashboard and analysis. You will help identify opportunities to improve our services and play a major role in providing the data to make healthy aging decisions.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for a full-time Salesforce Developer who will be part of the R&D team responsible for the company's Salesforce case management system, be in charge of full-stack development of everything, from the user interface, automations and data flows . The salesforce component at Assured Allies is an integral part of our products. As such you will be an integral part of the R&D group, you will work closely with our product team, data engineers and other developers.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Salesforce with External Systems: connect Salesforce with other external systems and the Assured Allies backend (AWS) to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
• Design and Develop New Features: Collaborate with product teams to design and develop features that enhance our products, leveraging both LWC and Apex.
• Implement Business Processes: Continuously implement and optimize new business processes within the current Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain System Stability: Ensure overall system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance by understanding business flows and working closely with internal end-users.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience developing with LWC
• 2+ years experience developing in Apex
• Experienced in integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs, Connected Apps, and authorization protocols
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns.
• ​​Experience developing in python - an advantage
• Experience working with AWS - an advantage
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
