Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process of researching, designing, and hands-on building of tools and infrastructure to scale our service and make it seamless for deployment, operation, and integration.
• Troubleshoot and address complex customer issues and queries in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, maintain alignment, and solve technological challenges to accelerate the sales process.
• Create ad-hoc and strategical technical solutions and automation for pre-sale, post-sale, and internal use cases.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of Software development experience in the industry.
• Experience with developing REST API endpoints
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills across various teams, including R&D, product, and sales engineers.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, micro-services, Git actions, etc.

Advantages:
