Overview

The PODS group (Print on Demand Solutions) develops digital color servers for the digital printing industry, which combines complicated software and hardware architecture. We are looking for a Senior Software Developer that could be part of the FrontEnd development and participate in all aspects of the development cycle.

Position Overview

The position includes a variety of software development activities such as designing, constructing, and testing SW modules that meet product requirements, analyzing and modifying existing software - all through SW programming languages. The role also focuses on development of complex and large software systems that make up the core infrastructure for a wide range of products.

The Senior Software Engineer will be involved in the entire software development life cycle using internal and industry best practices, standards, and processes to create clean and efficient code and ensure quality and on-time deliveries.

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of experience in C and C++ development
• Development experience in large scale system with multi-processing and multi-threading
• Development experience in Windows OS internals for high performance products
• Knowledge and experience in OOD and design patterns
• Experience in image or video processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in APPE or CPSI Adobe engines is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in PDF or PS specs is an advantage.

Education Required

• B.A. / B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
