We're Hiring: Tech Lead - Hands-On

About the Role:

As the Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technical strategy, driving the development and deployment of our solutions in the Web3 space. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision, lead the engineering team, and ensure that our products remain at the cutting edge of threat management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a hands-on leader, actively writing code and contributing to the development of our Web3 threat management solutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy.
• Lead and mentor a growing engineering team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of our Web3 threat management solutions.
• Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our technology solutions meet market needs.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Web3 and cybersecurity spaces, integrating them into our roadmap.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our systems and infrastructure.
• Preparation of the company for SOC2 and ISO.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role within the tech industry, ideally with experience in Web3 or cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and blockchain technologies, specifically Python.
• Ability to lead and inspire a technical team, driving innovation and growth.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and the unique security challenges they present.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
