The Role:

Uniper is looking for a software developer to help accelerate the implementation of its cross-platform solution.

Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on involvement with coding, testing and documentation
• Architecture and design of Uniper product
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate developers’ activities
• Web, backend, and DB related technology decisions
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
• Review requirements, specifications, and create technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Perform thorough integration testing with application team
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. testing and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Work closely with testing, product, and other team members to deliver a quality product
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software
• Communicate concise and regular status to various levels of leadership (as needed).
• Contribute to Uniper internal working process optimization.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development as a full stack developer
• A technical expert with a proven track record building complex architecture system design
• Experienced with development platforms and environments, such as: Vue JS, NodeJS, Design patterns, Mongo DB
• Solid grasp of software development life cycle, best-practices, methods and conventions
• Understanding of database technology
• Experience in Data warehousing solutions and ETL tools
• Diverse experience with 3rd party API and open source integration
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Independent, hardworking, Problem solver, fast learner, focused and organized
• Strong supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both written and verbal
• Ability to quickly switch between big picture thinking and nit-picking detail
• Out of the box thinker with a creative edge
