We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D team in developing the new rising product in the health landscape.
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Lumen, you will have an impact on how we architect, build, scale, and maintain our backend systems. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team, help establish and maintain best practices for development, and participate in the development of the company’s technological roadmap. You’ll solve complex engineering challenges and drive engineering excellence in a dynamic environment and rapidly increasing scale.

Initial Phone Screening: A 30-45 minute phone interview with Moty Geltz, our Talent Acquisition Partner.
Technical Interview: A 90-minute interview with Amos Ortal & Elyahisv Lavi our Principal Engineers.
Hiring Manager Interview: A 60-minute interview with Ron Shoshani, our VP R&D.
Executive Interview: A 60-minute interview with Eliran Falah, our CTO.
People Team Interview: A 60-minute interview with one of our talented People Team members (self-proclaimed :))
Reference Checks: Reference checks will be conducted for the top candidate(s).
F2F Process: While technology has made remote interviews more accessible, we believe in the value of in-person interactions. Whenever possible, we prefer conducting interviews at our office in Tel Aviv. We find that these face-to-face conversations both offer us a more comprehensive understanding of our candidates and offer our candidates a better understanding of our company culture.
