We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join our R&D team in developing the new rising product in the health landscape.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer at Lumen, you will have an impact on how we architect, build, scale, and maintain our mobile products. You’ll implement infrastructure and features that drive user adoption and retention, gain domain knowledge, and participate in designing and implementing our technological roadmap.
Our ideal candidate has a real passion for making a positive change in the world, for technology and customers, has great communication skills, and loves to constantly improve themselves, our working practices, and our code base.

Initial Phone Screening: A 30-45 minute phone interview with Moty Geltz, our Talent Acquisition Partner.
Technical Interview: A 90-minute interview with Hagai Meranda (Principal Mobile Engineer) & Nimrod Einat (Senior Mobile Engineer).
Hiring Manager Interview: A 60-minute interview with Ron Shoshani, our VP R&D.
Executive Interview: A 60-minute interview with Eliran Falah, our CTO.
People Team Interview: A 60-minute interview with one of our talented People Team members (self-proclaimed :))
Reference Checks: Reference checks will be conducted for the top candidate(s).
F2F Process: While technology has made remote interviews more accessible, we believe in the value of in-person interactions. Whenever possible, we prefer conducting interviews at our office in Tel Aviv. We find that these face-to-face conversations both offer us a more comprehensive understanding of our candidates and offer our candidates a better understanding of our company culture.
