We're looking for a talented, versatile, and highly independent Fullstack Engineer to join Navina's Analytics Squad. The team's main goal is to provide an analytics product that enables medical teams to analyze the effectiveness of their treatments, gain insights into their workflows, and optimize their performance.

Squads at Navina are multidisciplinary and autonomous. They contain all the needed functions in order to deliver the best product - thus you’ll work alongside a product manager, UI/UX designer, data analysts, and medical doctors.

You will be in charge of end-to-end development and have a significant impact on both the product and technical decisions.

Responsibiliti

• Lead development processes from ideation to production
• Develop a new back office product from scratch (50/50 split between frontend and backend) to help our customers manage configuration and permissions and enhance the observability of their user base
• Have full ownership of our analytics product, driving its development to the next level by designing and modeling data, implementing ETL pipelines, and enhancing the user interface
• Build a customer-centric product with a deep understanding of the complex healthcare industry

Requirements:

• Team player at heart
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with React framework
• Experience with server-side technologies - Python / Node.js
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services - MUST
• Hands-on full-stack experience in developing large-scale systems end-to-end and building new products from scratch - MUST
