Join Airobotics, a global leader in fully autonomous drones for the enterprise and government sectors, as a Senior System Engineer. We are looking for a talented individual to be part of our core development team for the Iron Drone system, a cutting-edge drone-vs-drone solution.

 

In this role, you will develop software that runs on our interceptor drone and ground control station, enabling the system to carry out this complex mission successfully and safely.

 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend engineering, excellent overall technological understanding, and the ability to quickly comprehend complex systems and produce high-quality code. Experience in robotics and aviation/drones is highly desirable. Above all, we seek a motivated and proactive individual eager to make an impact.

 

Requirements: 

·        At least 10 years of backend engineering experience

·        Strong background in Python development

·        Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux system – Must

·        Strong understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, and networking

·        Excellent English skills

·        Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

·        Motivated, driven, can-do attitude


Preferred qualifications:

·        Experience with robotics, aerial vehicles, military systems - a strong plus

·        Embedded programming, full-stack programming
