Head of Salesforce Development Team / Technical Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead our development team and oversee technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have:

* At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture

* Salesforce architect certifications - a must have

* Proven track record in managing Salesforce projects and implementing cross-functional processes

* Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team members

* Expertise in designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers

- Design and implement technical solutions for complex business problems within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Oversee the development lifecycle from conception to deployment

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components

- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Effective communication and presentation abilities
