HUB is looking for a skilled Python Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our expanding R&D department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically with Python, and experience working in Agile environments. You will be working on cutting-edge projects leveraging cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS, and utilizing Elastic for search and analytics. Familiarity with Jira for project management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
• Utilize Elastic for search and data analytics, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use Jira for task tracking and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing software to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, especially Jira.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in version control systems, particularly CodeCommit.
• Understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
