abra R&D Solutions looking for a Senior Software Team Leader (Hands-on 30%)

Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of a software development team and a testing/integration team.
• Analyzing, planning, and budgeting software development requirements.
• Building and maintaining a work plan in coordination with the project.
• Planning and executing integration and implementation processes of systems within systems (system of systems) for internal and external customers.
• Participating in official system delivery processes to customers domestically and abroad.
• Leading Design & Design-Reviews processes.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development as a member of a development team – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a software development team of at least 5 developers – mandatory.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, DevOps, and Source Control – mandatory.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies – mandatory.
• Experience with Cloud technologies, Web, SaaS, React JS – an advantage.
• Experience in algorithm development – an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel abroad are required
