We are looking for a passionate V&V Engineer with high-quality electrical and embedded skills to contribute to the autonomous world by validating the in-house Madden autonomy solutions. The employee will be a part of the global validation team and specialize in work vs HW and Embedded teams to ensure their products are high-quality.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

  •  Define and implement validation processes using industry-leading practices
  •  Design and build test jigs for hardware components and systems, including defining

connector and PCB requirements

  • Collaborate with PCB designers to ensure specifications are met
  • Develop testing environments using small PCs like Raspberry Pi
  • Write and execute testing code in Arduino, C/C++, or Python for hardware validation and

integration

  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and

validation

  • Identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality product delivery
  • Conduct environmental and EMI testing to validate hardware robustness
  • Utilize lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc., for testing and

validation

Requirements:

Requirements - does this describe you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field – Must

4+ years of experience in HW validation and testing.

  •   Experience with Embedded systems (C++)
  • Proficiency in Python and small PC environments (like Raspberry Pi)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency with lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, etc.)
