A Fintech company is looking for Senior Android Developer Lead, focusing on Kotlin mastery.

As the Android Tech Lead, you'll be pivotal in shaping our mobile apps, guiding developers, and enhancing our Android infrastructure. Your focus will be on identifying impactful tasks and ensuring their completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, coding, and management of large-scale applications.
• Overhaul the Mobile CI/CD and release process.
• Develop and test POCs and cross-application features.
• Provide guidance on best practices, code quality, and emerging technologies.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Kotlin Android development experience.
• Deep understanding of Android components and lifecycle events.
• Proficiency in Coroutines, Flow, and Architecture Components (MVI/MVVM).
• Strong UI/UX development skills, adhering to design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Declarative UI/Jetpack Compose (preferred).
• Thorough grasp of mobile client-server concepts.
• Passion for delivering smooth UI experiences.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose - Advantage
• Some exposure to GraphQL - Advantage
• Previous work in the Fintech industry - Advantage
