As a Senior Software Engineer in the Genesys Digital Experience group (DX), you will join a team focusing on developing and delivering cutting-edge AI services in a global deployment.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous change and innovation are certain. This is an opportunity to be a team member with ownership responsibility for production-level service deployments and operations with global reach and maximum customer impact.

What you will do:

• Develop, design, and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant applications that will help drive improvements toward the features, reliability, performance, and efficiency of the Genesys DX platform.
• Work with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Actively review code, mentor junior development staff, and provide peer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve pain points and evangelize best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and come up with solutions as required.
  
  

What you will bring to the table:

• 6+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented language.
• Hands-on development of microservices architecture cloud-based environments.
• Experience designing and developing complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate from Mamram in Computer Science or related area.
• An excellent collaborator with great communication skills. Someone we will enjoy working with :)
• Experience with Frontend stack – an advantage.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Lambda, AWS SQS, etc.) – an advantage.
