The Education Analytics team in Microsoft Education builds and operates experiences to empower and delight learners and educators for the betterment of education of millions of users worldwide.

The Software Engineer II will be team player with strong engineering and collaboration skills and will contribute to FE and BE areas of Education analytics products portfolio that include today Insights and Reflect apps in Teams and outside of teams, Education AI products/features and more

• Design and implement product features working closely with product manager, designer and other engineers in high quality and engineering standards.
• Product reliability & supportability.
• Engineering excellence – follow required practices for security and privacy. learns and apply best practices based on well-established methods to improve our practices and engineering.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• Team player and good collaboration and people skills.
