About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Tech Lead to spearhead an offshore scrum team composed of full-stack developers and QA engineers. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the technical vision for our products, ensuring code quality, and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an offshore scrum team of full-stack developers and QA engineers.
• Design and approve technical architectures for complex web applications.
• Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a Node.js and React full-stack developer.
• At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead or team leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture is a plus.
