Job description:

Manage a team and foster an innovative technological culture.

Work closely with project managers, QA managers, infrastructure managers, developers, and the executive staff.

The role requires reliability, transparency in management, high personal responsibility, commitment to success, monitoring and review skills, and serving as a role model.

Develop and lead web projects in the digital department.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in development
• 3 years of managerial/project leading experience
• Proficiency in React with an understanding of advanced libraries such as TypeScript and Redux
• Proficiency in working on the server with advanced versions of C#, with an emphasis on .NET Core
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking and high-pressure environment
• Understanding of code optimization and performance times
