Job Requirements
5 years of experience in development
3 years of managerial/project leading experience
Ability to work in a multi-tasking and high-pressure environment
Proficiency in React with an understanding of advanced libraries such as TypeScript and Redux
Proficiency in working on the server with advanced versions of C#, with an emphasis on .NET Core
Understanding of code optimization and performance times
Mandatory proficiency in Jira
Ability and self-discipline to manage version upgrades
Extensive knowledge of Git
Relevant degree – Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management with a background in software
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, including the ability to estimate timeframes
Ability to lead a team and motivate others
Ability for self-learning and handling new technologies
High interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle pressure
