Guardoc is an early-stage startup committed to transforming clinical documentation compliance. Our innovative platform scrutinizes clinical charts within healthcare providers' Electronic Health Records (EHR), utilizing AI to mirror the critical thinking of nursing professionals. Our goal is to fortify clinical documentation for compliance and reimbursement, enhance patient care, and provide in-depth insights from medical data, guided by nursing literature, protocols, and real-world evidence.

We are in search of a proficient Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our web applications and user interfaces, to deliver an exceptional user experience aligned with healthcare industry standards. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing our web UI and contributing to backend API design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating cloud-based web applications using React, Python, and Django, with a strong capability to transform UX/UI designs into effective and performant software solutions.

• Work closely with the VP Engineering and product team to transform system requirements and UX designs into engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend applications alongside backend API integrations.
• Uphold and advance security best practices, particularly in all UI-related developments.
  

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Profound expertise in web technologies, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, Document Stores and Python for backend tasks.
• Proven track record of leading UI/UX projects from inception through to deployment.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
