About The Position

Help shape the future of Elementor as a Full-Stack Team Leader. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of full-stack professionals to help develop our flagship product, the Elementor Website Builder. If you enjoy technology, leadership, and creating innovative solutions, your place is with us!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop new user-facing products and features
• Build robust and scalable software components and services
• Ensure the technical feasibility of features and UI/UX designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Manage team members individually and as a group
• Build an efficient team that delivers high-quality results at a fast pace
• Assist in recruitment efforts to expand the team

Requirements:

Leadership:

• 2+ years of management experience
• Effective people management skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• An “I can move mountains” attitude when needed

Tech Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven full-stack development experience in JavaScript - a must
• 2+ years of experience with WordPress PHP development - a must
• 1+ year of experience developing in React - a must
• Strong knowledge of Git - a must
• Deep understanding of web application development life cycle - an advantage
• Experience creating frameworks & APIs - an advantage
• Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns - an advantage
