We are looking for a seasoned Senior Android Developer to join us. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our app's functionality, ensuring it's user-friendly, and integrating it with our backend services. Your work will directly contribute to providing a seamless and impactful experience for users relying on our technology for their physical therapy needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, build, and maintain our Android application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Help maintain code quality, organization.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the mobile landscape.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and different versions of Android.
• Deep understanding of the Android platform foundations, best practices, and modern programming
• Experience with local databases (Room), coroutines, MVVM architecture, dependency injection (Hilt) and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks including Jetpack
• Jetpack Compose and SDK library development is a plus.
